Plans and campaigns

Online Join plans start from ABC Fitness. A sync pulls the live ABC plan catalog for the configured club numbers. Synced plans are the pool of available plans; they do not become member-facing until they are curated and published in Plan Sets.

Standard pricing is the always-on Plan Set. A campaign is another Plan Set that only activates for its own rule: a date window, a promo code, or both. Locations outside an active campaign continue serving Standard pricing.

Promo-code campaigns must be backed by ABC plans tagged with that promo code. The campaign can be drafted before the synced catalog contains matching rows, but it cannot be published with non-promo plans enabled under that code.

Location scope

When creating or editing a campaign, use the Locations section to choose exactly where the campaign applies. The campaign header and pill show the current scope, such as 1 of 30 locations.

Saving a campaign preserves its selected scope. If the campaign applies to only one club, renaming it or changing dates must not widen it to every club.

Source Catalog

Source Catalog shows the synced ABC plans before they become member-facing. Use it to search plans, see which plan groups contain each plan, and remove or restore source plans from the lineup.

The group columns explain why locations are curated together: locations in the same group share the same source-plan shape after removed plans are excluded. A scoped campaign shows only the groups and locations inside that campaign's selected scope.

The Catalog also exposes ABC promo codes, so admins can filter for promo-backed rows before creating or publishing a promo-code campaign.

Campaign offers

Campaigns can include optional member-site offer content. The offer text, image URL, and placement are saved with the campaign's child Plan Set rows and are returned by the public plans APIs for the selected campaign.

Publishing

Save changes keeps a draft. Publish makes that Plan Set live for its covered locations and activation rule. A campaign can be active by date but still not member-facing if its group rows are draft.
